RPG fans rejoice! According to IGN, one of the most beloved role playing games in the history of gaming, Chrono Trigger, is gearing up for a sweet re-release. On November 25th Square Enix will allow gamers to again take control of Crono and friends, though this time around it will be on Nintendo's hand held system the DS.

Luckily, for fans who've played through the game 15 or more times already (I know you're out there), Chrono Trigger DS has been revamped to utilize the system's dual screen capabilities. It has also been reported that the game will feature two new modes, titled Dungeon and Arena modes.

The original Chrono Trigger was released on the Super Nintendo way back in 1995 and quietly became one (if not the) most popular role playing games to ever reach American audiences. You may want to reserve your copy soon, this game will more than likely be flying off the shelves in late November.
